Twill Background
Embroidered patches with a twill background are a popular choice, with 30-75% of the design embroidered to make the details stand out. The twill texture remains visible, enhancing the patch's overall appearance. Ideal for uniforms, this option is most popular for its eye-catching results.
100% Embroidered
A 100% embroidered patch is completely covered with threads, with no visible twill background. This results in a more intricate and heavier design, making it best suited for jackets, rather than lighter fabrics like shirts.
100% Woven
Designs with fine details or small lettering that may not translate well in embroidery, woven patches are a viable option. These patches are made by interweaving threads onto a fabric backing, resulting in a dense and detailed construction. Ideal for complex designs, woven patches effectively showcase small details.
100% Printed
Printed patches offer vibrant and highly detailed designs with virtually unlimited color options, they can recreate realistic, photographic-like images. Ideal for designs with intricate details, pictures, and text that traditional embroidery and woven patches cannot achieve.
